It used to be part of a Captain`s resturant and when it was to be torn down Floyd had it moved out here. Some of our neighbors want it and all the trailers removed from the neighborhood thinking it will make property values sky rocket even more than they have in the last few years. But Almost all of them have been here since at least 1995. In many cases because of misfiling of deed rescrictions owners did not even know that they were not allowed to have trailers on their lots. With a 4 year statue of limitations though there does not look like much of a chance any one will have to move.<BR><BR> Anyway this has been a great land mark for people to find their way to the neighborhood since 95.
